I dont remember having a Dr visit as good as this maybe ever Was greeted by the receptionist in a very positive way how all should be I no more and sat down waiting for my turn and I was requested to go to the exam room. The Dr had a huge positive attitude right off Sure put me at ease another positiveIn any case I wish all other Dr visits were like this one. But then again maybe not. People might make more appointments just to visit with a more positive Dr.Thank you PIC

After I checked in I was seen by the nurse within 5 minutes. From the front desk to the intake person to the Michelle Hahn everyone was attentive to my health issue and very polite. It really showed that they all cared thank you all for your kindness and Im already feeling better today from the medication prescribed.

Everything in this experience was exceptional professional friendly and helpful From my phone call to explain my health concern to the efficient respectful care I received upon my arrival through X-rays diagnosis treatment and follow-ups referrals was truly incredible Facility very clean well located and staff organized attentive and worked as a team

The team at PIC was able to get my son in quickly and take care of his toe. Its affordable and the team is knowledgeable. I appreciate this service and they are always my go to.

The Nurse made me feel very comfortable and felt I was truly cared about my complaints.X ray tech was pleasant. Late in evening but was not rushed. The Nurse Practitioner was thorough and informative. I felt good leaving and glad I went.

My 3 kids were very sick from the flu. Their doctor was too busy to see them that day but we they got in right away and got some antibiotics within a few hours. Physicians immediate vare did a wonderful job All the staff there are caring and professional. I will come back again if I have medical problems

Both people who saw me today were very rude. The first one the nurse rolled her eyes many times at both me and my wife. And the Second Lady the Nurse Practitioner responded to a complaint I had about their services with a combative defensive attitude. I said there was no sign saying they dont see anyone after 730 on Monday 3424. The NP then proceeded to FOLLOW ME to the door after my visit just to condescendingly point out that there was now a sign on the door stating they dont take walk-ins after 730. No wonder why no one wants to go here anymore. This could have been handled in a much more professional manner. If you cant handle working with the public then maybe youre in the wrong profession.

05 really. I showed up for my appointment with 2 sick children and was turned away because I needed to use a check to pay the copay. I didnt see a single sign about not accepting check as well as the website claiming you do. I was told I could come back with a card or cash. Both my children had fevers and felt like garbage just to be turned away. So disappointing.

We were visiting from Texas and needed to see a Dr. We found Physicians Immediate Care and Dr Anthony was great. From the front desk clerk to the nurse and Dr i was very pleased with the great care my daughter was given. Everyone was so polite and caring.

I had a very good experience at immediate care. The people that work there are awesome. Michelle was my nurse practitioner. I loved her. Awesome bedside manner. She was very caring and took the time to sit and listen and talk to me. I would definitely go back there again.
