My 3 kids were very sick from the flu. Their doctor was too busy to see them that day, but we they got in right away and got some antibiotics within a few hours. Physicians immediate vare did a wonderful job! All the staff there are caring and professional. I will come back again if I have medical problems

We are from out of state and were visiting family for Thanksgiving. 3 year old came down with a cold and was complaining of ears hurting so we wanted to get him in to be seen by someone in case he had an ear infection. He did. Everyone at Physicians Immediate Care, from reception, nurse, and doctor were very nice. Whole process went very smooth. Was easy to check-in online, and register on phone ahead of time.

We were visiting from Texas and needed to see a Dr. We found Physicians Immediate Care and Dr Anthony was great. From the front desk clerk, to the nurse and Dr i was very pleased with the great care my daughter was given. Everyone was so polite and caring.

I had a very good experience at immediate care. The people that work there are awesome. Michelle was my nurse practitioner. I loved her. Awesome bedside manner. She was very caring and took the time to sit and listen and talk to me. I would definitely go back there again.

Every one is very nice I had a little bit of a wait but that’s normal for a place like this. The nurse practitioner is a very nice lady. ( I think her name is Michelle ) I’d recommend anyone to visit this physicians clinic.

John Cook NP was very personable and knowledgeable. I was seen promptly and left with my prescription already called in to my pharmacy. Excellent service and excellent provider.

First of all I was Leary of going somewhere new and far from home. However I was so sick and nothing I tried helped. I was very impressed with both the staff and the doctor. They were very caring and no waiting. People if you are feeling sick do not wait. I highly recommend this clinic.

I don’t normally leave reviews unless I am either extremely happy with the service or disappointed. I have been to physicians immediate care in Dixon several times with my 2 year old daughter and the nurses and doctors are always so patient and so good with her. I am so grateful for this facility!

This facility is run very well. Everyone knew their roles, and knew how to prioritize patients. The person at the reception desk, the nursing staff and the Nurse Practitioner who handled my injury were top notch. I never regretted not driving to my hometown Immediate Care facility (which was further away but a familiar and trusted place for care). I thank them for the care they provided, and hope they know they are not taken for granted.

I needed medical aid for a bee sting. Doctor looked at my hand, assessed my issue and agreed that treatment was necessary. My prescription was ready at my pharmacy within the hour.

Went in for a rash and not feeling well. The PA was friendly and had a great bedside manner! The tech however had an awful attitude, was rude and you made it known she was being inconvenienced. PIC will get 3 stars only because of her attitude. Get rid of her and her attitude and I will give this place 5 stars. As far as the receptionist and PA they were amazing and friendly!

I took my son in on thanksgiving weekend and they did not have an in person provider but it was a really wonderful experience with the nurse and the telehealth provider.
