Counselors are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I have appreciated all suggestions they made for my pain relief...

Everyone here is so knowledgable and nice. The pharmacist is amazing and made me feel very comfortable at my first visit.

I was denied service because I don't have a car. I've been here many times, all fine experiences. Until today where I was *instructed* to stand in the drive through and was then personally belittled by the man on the intercom for not owning a car. I was then refused service (for an online order that was already packed). I know they had a leak in the store, but there was absolutely no effort made to help me in any way, and in fact all I got was a man talking down to me like I was a child. I have spent thousands here over the past few years, and today's experience makes me never ever want to return. Incredibly disrespected and humiliated. I will go to the other dispensaries where they treat disabled people like human beings.

They are knowledgeable ,friendly and so helpful with all my questions. Want to wish Devan a special shout out. He will be missed😊

I have always had a great experience here with the employees. Super friendly and some of them have great suggestions and are really knowledgeable. However the selection is rather limited! Although, what do you expect from Pennsylvania dispensaries? Lol. Great place, very clean and safe on the inside.

This is my favorite place! Rewards, prices, the staff, and the store is all very good!

Called Customer service and Daniel from the call center walked me through the process as a new patient. I discussed my Dr.’s Recommendations and his knowledge and care were awesome. Then I got to the facility to pick up my order and again treated very respectfully and wow what a beautiful facility. The person I was picking up from walked me through everything I needed to know as I again was uneducated on use. Respectful, informative, caring and fun staff! This place has a long future if they continue hiring such amazing people! Thank you!

The best dispensary I have ever been to Bailey is extremely knowledgeable and knows exactly what you need based on your taste and desires, knowing this will be the only dispensary I go to the staff are amazing

I like the drive through! Wish this place had more selections and sales like some of the other places I visit. So i dont make the drive up here much, anymore.

This place is such a joke. Worst selection of products in the whole state, especially the flower. Not sure if they just carry whatever they can get for cheap, hide products for themselves, or let one or two customers buy up all the good stuff, but it’s definitely one of those reasons. Nothing but garbage in stock 24/7. Something seems very off about this place compared to other dispensaries. I’ve become so aggravated that I felt like a review was necessary. Everyone should have an opportunity to get medical products that will help them. I suggest shopping elsewhere so you don’t waste your money. This stuff is already way too expensive.

They stole my card, claimed to put it in my bag, and lied about security footage proof. If it were in the bag, I wouldn’t have been able to see it anyway, as it is pitch black. A sensitive piece of information like an ID should be handed back to the person, not thrown in a bag out of your line of sight, only to find out they just took it.

Great selection and very friendly staff! They know their stuff too, I've gone in a few times and asked for specific effects, and they selected the right strain for me. Super happy with the service and selection!

Knowledgeable, friendly staff, daily specials, and a drive-thru make Zen Leaf my go to destination! Keep up the great work!

I love coming here for my stuff they are very clean and very professional and just convenient! I love how they have a drive thru it is cash only but I love that I don’t have to go in everyone! The online website is very user friendly I order and pick up and the staff is very knowledgeable of the products!

My issue is I wasn’t given the correct amount of change after purchasing a product that was advertised as being on sale 30, so I purchased. Double check receipts to make sure the employees checking you out applied the discount without having to “ remind” them. Silly games.

Zen Leaf, phone employees at least, do not care about customers. Derrick Hardman if he loves cannabis, he doesn't like people. He's snarky, stuffy, arrogant, and shouldn't be handling customer service. Every time I call into the customer line, I get either wrong information or attitude. He also said "you can't bake with RSO because your dosage would disappear". Like, dude... then you increase... You put a half a syringe or a full 1g in, not just a rice amount. "I use RSO every day" was his rebut. "Then how do you not know you CAN bake with it." Also, I have dyslexia, and it' comes up in the form of words/names that start with the same letter. I said "Robert" instead of "Rick" and he actually snarkily corrected me.... TWICE in a row so that I was sure to hear it. PLEASE put him in the grow room and take him away from working with customers. I will say, I'll leave 1 star up without begrudging it, because the service at the actual location's drive through has at least improved. I can't get over that people like Derrick aren't educated enough to advise how to use RSO with baking when other competitors have entire recipes in their waiting rooms on how to bake with it. Step up, Derrick. Step up, Zen Leaf. I've also talked to several employees who left THC/Zen Leaf over the past couple years, and the horror stories I've been told in confidence make me HATE when I have to patronize them for my medication if they're the only ones with it in stock. Also, their "leadership" team is mercenary and has wasted my professional time also.For real, I believe that THC/Zen Leaf is horrible, and I'd love to see them out of Pittsburgh, and out of my state, and to see people who actually CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS succeed such as Maitri & Organic Remedies.

Great dispensary with some of the nicest, knowledgeable, friendly & welcoming staff around! Have had some great product recommendations/conversations with the crew so shouts to Allie & DJ, but anyone I've met there rules. Also the place is convienent, super clean and the drive thru option is awesome!

The employees are what make this place. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. However, since changing hands and becoming a Zen Leaf, the selection is poor and insufficient. Ethos is right around the corner and provides a better selection and in most cases price.

Eddie with the customer Care team was professional, empathic and helpful in resolving my concerns . As a person with extensive experience with customer care personnel, I pay Eddie my highest feedback! I would hire him in a heartbeat and Zen Leaf is fortunate to have him as an employee ! Stephen is the most knowledgeable human when it comes to cannabis. His passion for the industry really shows. He really takes his time to understand your needs and curates the perfect plan of what strains best serve what you’re looking for. I could hang out and have him guide me through the ins and outs of cannabis for hours. You’re the coolest, Stephen!

Stephen is by far the most knowledgeable associate I have spoken with. He took his time to explain all of the products I had questions about. He was so pleasant and really seemed interested in helping me.

Justin was an awesome associate who I had the pleasure of meeting during my last stop in Zenleaf. Justin perfectly described the products without going into too much detail, yet he displayed that he cared by briefly explaining the difference between my options. Wonderful associate.

Sean was an amazing help. The store itself has a lot of amazing options and a solid variety of products. My new favorite store hands down.

When The Healing Center changed hands to Zen, I think they went down hill. Not the workers, they are always friendly and helpful. But the product choices aren't as good and the on- line order site looks like a 12 year old made it.

Sean is always super polite and kind every time I come through 🙂 Couldn't ask for a better experience! I'd like it and think it'd be cool if the online orders were ready before I got to the dispensary but that is not on sweet Sean or any of the other cool people there 8) Everyone's so nice but Sean has the patience of a saint

Joel is incredibly knowledgeable. Has been such an integral part of my transition away from some “traditional” pharmaceuticals. Excellent facility. Even better staff.

I’m a regular customer there and I love everyone there! I have yet to have an experience that was less than phenomenal there. This time I was helped by Rayven. They were very kind, patient, and informative about what I was looking for! Can’t wait to go back already

Loving the points system, optional drive thru if you need it, good prices, daily discounts for those that apply and they allow their employees to accept tips.

Place is awesome a little expensive but everything more expensive these days!

Staff are friendly, the building inside is extremely clean and it looks really good, quick service, it basically smells good everywhere, and it has a drive thru. 5 stars.

The Healing Research Center in Robinson is absolutely amazing. The drive-thru is a great feature, making this dispensary ahead in the game! The inside is stunning, very aesthetically pleasing. Also, every employee I have interacted with, are so friendly and kind. The menu is stocked well and pricing is fair as well. Overall, I'm very happy with each visit???? definitely check the dispensary out if you're in the area!

Beautifully laid out dispensary, noticeably clean. Very professional and staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Allie is very knowledgeable and trustworthy I recommend going to her with questions or recommendations but I’m sure all of the staff is adequate. I will be back!
