Antlion Greatsword

The Antlion Greatsword is a Tier III melee weapon that offers a great mix between damage and speed. It requires a Workbench to craft and primarily requires defeating Antlions around the yard and collecting their parts, as well as collecting some Silk Rope.

The Ladybird Shield is a Tier III shield that allows you to block incoming enemy attacks and has a chance to eliminate stamina used for future melee attacks. It requires a Workbench as well as collecting Fire Ant Heads, Fire Ant Parts, and Pupa Leather in order to craft.

Mint Mace

The Mint Mace boasts almost a full bar of damage, as well as full stunning chance, but at low speed. It also must be held in 2 hands, which means you won't be able to use it with a torch.

To unlock the Mint Mace, you must first unlock the Insect Hammer, as it is needed to harvest the mints. The mints can only be found in the Ice Caps Mint Container located just to the north of the Mysterious Machine. The container will be closed when you first find it, but you can knock the cap open by striking it.

Once you have crafted a Insect Hammer, use it to break the Mints in to Mint Chunks, which will unlock the recipe for the Mint Mace, and collect several Mint Chunks to help you build it. You'll also need Flower Petals, which can be quickly gathered from the flowers growing on the north side of the yard around the pond and oak tree.
