Measuring Your Wrist
Use flexible tape or paper strip. Measure around wrist bone. Note measurement in millimeters. This determines appropriate case size.

Case Diameter Guidelines
Small wrists suit 36-40mm cases. Medium wrists wear 40-44mm well. Large wrists can carry 44mm and above. Lug-to-lug matters more than diameter.
Lug-to-Lug Distance
Measures case length including lugs. Should not overhang wrist edges. More important than case diameter alone. Check this measurement before buying.

Thickness Considerations
Thinner cases look dressier. Sports watches tend thicker. Consider shirt cuff clearance. Balance with overall proportions.
